Marketplace Rules

1. Members who have been registered with Nowake for more than 30 days are qualified to create sales threads in the Nowake Marketplace to sell their products or services.
2. Each sales thread is limited to selling only one product or service. If you wish to promote multiple products or services, you must create separate sales threads for each. However, in cases where products or services are closely related, you may seek approval from @nowake to include them in a single thread. Proof of your offerings may be requested by admin staff before thread approval.
3. Your sales thread must contain a comprehensive description of your product or service, including pricing, duration of validity, accepted payment methods, guarantee and refund policies, and any other pertinent details.
4. Once your sales thread has been approved and published, you are prohibited from making significant alterations to it, particularly adding new products or services without prior authorization from Nowake administrators. Violators of this rule will receive a warning initially, and repeated offenses will result in permanent bans from the forums.
5. The following items are strictly prohibited from being sold in the Nowake Marketplace:
- Nulled themes, plugins, scripts, etc., unless authorized by Nowake.
- Cracked Windows/Mac software.
- Single product licenses from Themeforest & Codecanyon.
- Software product keys, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office & Windows.
- Cracked accounts, such as Netflix, VPN Services, Amazon Prime, etc. Additionally, selling shared "seats" on such services is prohibited.
- Google Products, such as GSuite accounts, unlimited Google Drive accounts, etc.
- Any items obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
Additionally, any items deemed unsuitable by admin staff will not be approved. If you are unsure whether your product or service is permitted, please consult with @nowake before creating your sales thread.
6. Sellers are expected to remain active on Nowake Forums at least once a day. If a seller is inactive for over 72 hours or more, their sales thread(s) will be locked until their return, and they request an admin staff member to unlock it. Sellers are encouraged to inform @nowake if they anticipate being unavailable for a few days.
7. Attempting to sell anything without following the proper procedure of submitting a sales thread will result in one warning and a permanent ban.
8. Sellers are permitted to "bump" their sales thread once every 24 hours. Exceeding this limit will result in a warning and a ban for repeated offenses. However, responding to customer queries or comments does not count as a "bump," but sellers should utilize the multi-quote function when replying to multiple outstanding queries simultaneously.
9. The Nowake Forums Marketplace facilitates transactions between members, and Nowake is not liable for any issues or disputes arising after a transaction is completed. Purchases made from the Nowake Marketplace are done at your own risk. It is advised to thoroughly research the buyer and their offer before making a purchase.
Using cryptocurrency for transactions is allowed but carries inherent risks, and @nowake staff cannot assist in retrieving funds if you are scammed, although scammers will be banned from the forums.
